What our “Graduates” say about GLIP
In 2008, my husband and I went to Michigan from Texas so that I could attend GLIP. It was a fantastic experience, and we had the best time! I took Michael and Tina Timmons class, which was wonderful! I learned so much!, which I am still using. The board, the students, and the instructors were all so friendly! We went on some great shoots in the evening and there were also lots of great activities planned that were so much fun! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. I would highly recommend GLIP to anyone wanting to further their photographic education, have a great time, and meet some wonderful people! Thanks GLIP!

GLIP ROCKS! I won a scholarship the first time I went to GLIP. I've been back 6 more times. Each time I go I come back with the education and skills I need to keep my business on track. Not only is it educational, it's fun! The camaraderie you have with other photographers both near and far is remarkable. I love GLIP!!!

This year will be my 13th at GLIP and ALL OF THEM were fantastic learning experiences.
In this economy is really when you should be attending. If your business is down, you could do nothing better than spend a whole week - ENTIRE days - totally immersed with your instructors and your fellow photographers learning and discovering new and exciting ways to boost your business IMMEDIATELY. Too many of your "competitors" will never do this figuring that they cannot afford it BUT the truth is that you cannot afford not to do this YOU CANNOT AFFORD NOT TO DO THIS. While the other guys are trying to figure out why no one is coming to them (and then close their doors), you attend GLIP and gain the knowledge to increase your business by leaps and bounds.
GLIP is truly the best value around and I hope to see a record amount of my old friends, along with a bunch of new friends, there in a few months.
— Rich Duzzi, Dearborn, MI
I have attended GLIP 1999 (Hanson Fong),2000 (Dave Newman), 2001 (Dennis Craft) & 2003 (Greg Stangl). I had fun learning, increased my knowledge & became a successful photographer.

I attended GLiP for 6 years as a student before joining GLiP as a Board member! Each year was full of information, classes left my brain bursting with ideas, skills and excitement for growing my photography business. The two most important things I learned at school were Photoshop and Painter, which I took twice, I loved it so much! I shared in the camaraderie with other students, learning from each other over lunches and dinners and even in our rooms in the evenings. It's the biggest bang for your education bucks!
Try it, you won't be sorry. It's the best investment I've ever made in my business!

I have been a GLIP student since 2000. I wouldn't miss it! I have seen many instructors all of whom have been great. The instructors are there to further the students photography career. The instructors are available at lunch and after class to help us get the points of the day. The GLIP board is wonderful. They care about all the students and bring the wonderful instructors and all of us students together. The evening activities help students and instructors bond after a day of class. We all make friends for life at GLIP.

GLIP = A great place to meet your future spouse!!

I've attended GLIP for three years (2007-2009). Each time, I found the classes + fellowship invaluable. GLIP is a great investment if you're dedicated to continual improvement.... the class environment promoted learning and creativity, and I learned not only from the instructors, but from the other students as well.
